What .925 means
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver with copper added for strength — pure silver on its own is too soft to hold a clasp or a setting. Every piece here is stamped .925 and is solid silver through the body, not a plated or silver-tone base metal. A few are finished with rhodium, a bright white plating that slows tarnish; the silver underneath is unchanged.

Getting the length right
Measure your wrist with a tape or a strip of paper and add about half an inch so the bracelet drapes rather than binds. Seven to seven and a half inches suits most women; eight to eight and a half suits most men. A wide or heavy bracelet wants the extra half inch more than a fine one does. Caring for sterling silver
Silver tarnishes when it meets air and sulphur compounds. That is normal and it reverses: a silver polishing cloth lifts it in seconds, and a bracelet worn often tarnishes far less than one left in a box. For a patterned or woven link, a soft toothbrush with warm water and a drop of dish soap reaches into the crevices a cloth cannot. Rinse, dry flat, and store in a closed pouch with the air pressed out. Take silver off before a chlorinated pool and before household cleaners.
