6. Authenticity Guarantee

Lovely Rita's guarantees the authenticity of all jewelry sold on Jewelryshopping.com:

14K Gold: All items marked as 14K gold are solid 14K gold (yellow, white, rose, two-tone, or tri-color as described)
Sterling Silver: All items marked as sterling silver are solid .925 sterling silver
Gold-Filled: Gold-filled items are clearly labeled as such and are not represented as solid gold
Diamonds: All diamonds are accurately described as natural or lab-grown

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Jewelryshopping.com. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product or pricing errors
Inventory shortages
Suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods
Shipping address verification failures
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

8. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order. The Customer is responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes associated with the order, calculated according to applicable law.

For your protection, we reserve the right to ship only to the verified billing address associated with the payment method used.

9. Shipping

Jewelryshopping.com ships to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs, transit times, and policies are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Free shipping on US orders over $135
Risk of loss: For orders shipped via carriers selected by Jewelryshopping.com, we bear the risk of loss until delivery. For orders shipped via carriers selected by the Customer, the Customer bears the risk of loss upon transfer to the carrier.
Damaged shipments: Refuse damaged packages at delivery when possible, or note damage on the carrier's delivery record. Notify us within 15 days of arrival to arrange inspection and resolution.

10. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Full details are available in our Return Policy. Key terms:

Return window: 30 days from delivery
Restocking fee: None — we do not charge restocking fees
Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility
Condition: Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging
Authorization: Contact info@jewelryshopping.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Engraved jewelry (custom personalization is final sale)
Custom-sized rings or pieces resized at customer request
Special-order items not regularly stocked
Items damaged through customer misuse or normal wear

Damaged or defective items may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Lovely Rita's, Bijou Inc., or its content suppliers, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16). Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

18. Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LEGAL PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND JEWELRYSHOPPING.COM INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST JEWELRYSHOPPING.COM.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, any legal action that may proceed in court shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Lee County, Florida.

22. Force Majeure

Jewelryshopping.com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, supplier failures, carrier delays, or technology disruptions.
