Why steel and titanium. Both are far harder than gold or silver, so they hold a polish and resist the scratches a ring picks up daily. Neither tarnishes. Titanium is also hypoallergenic and about half the weight.
Designs. Polished and brushed bands, leaf and pattern work, and cubic zirconia settings.
Sizing caution. Steel and titanium rings generally cannot be resized by a jeweller the way gold can — the metal is too hard. Get the size right before ordering.
