Gold inlay. Several set a strip of 14K gold into the steel band â real gold at the surface where it shows, on a core that will not scratch or bend. It is the practical way to wear gold on a hand that works.
Finishes. Satin and polished, and combinations of both across the width.
Sizing caution. Steel rings generally cannot be resized by a jeweller â the metal is too hard. Get the size right before ordering, and remember a wider band fits tighter than a narrow one at the same size.
