Cross or crucifix? A crucifix carries the corpus — the figure of Christ. A cross is the bare form. The distinction matters in some traditions and not others, and it is worth asking before buying as a gift.
INRI. Several here carry the titulus above the crossbar — the letters standing for the inscription placed on the cross.
White gold. Rhodium finished for a cool bright shine. On a crucifix the white metal throws the relief of the corpus into sharper contrast than yellow gold does.
