Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
JewelryShopping.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately at info@jewelryshopping.com within 15 days of delivery to arrange for inspection and replacement.
International Shipping (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please contact us immediately at info@jewelryshopping.com if you need to update your shipping address. If your order has already shipped, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
