It is stamped 14K and guaranteed authentic: 14K gold is 58.3% pure gold, alloyed for strength, and this is real gold, never plated or filled. It slides directly onto the chain and fits up to 8mm omega and 10mm fancy omega.
It measures 30 mm top to bottom and 52 mm across, and weighs about 18.08 grams. For scale, the height is a little over an inch (25.4 mm).
