Welcome to jewelryshopping.com, operated by Bestpricejewelers.com, Inc., d/b/a Bijou ("we," "us," "our"). Lovely Rita's is our trademark and the name our store trades under. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Legal Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Please note: these terms contain a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver (see "Dispute resolution" below). They affect how disputes between you and us are resolved. Please read them carefully.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Some of the jewelry we sell is designed for children, but those purchases must be made by an adult. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you order or create an account, and you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we ship it and send a shipping confirmation; an order confirmation email alone is not acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including when an item is out of stock, when a pricing or description error is discovered, or when our fraud screening cannot confirm the order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Every order is screened for fraud before it ships. We may contact you to confirm payment details or identity, most often on higher-value orders or first-time orders shipping to an address other than the billing address.
Pricing, taxes, and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Payment is collected at the time you place your order and is processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. Charges may appear on your statement under Bestpricejewelers.com, Inc. or Bijou.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping so you can proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund, as described in our Legal Notice.
Product information
We describe and photograph our jewelry as accurately as we can. Metal content is as stated and stamped (14K, 10K, or .925) unless an item is described by its finish. Colors may render differently on different screens, and images may be enlarged to show detail, so please rely on the stated dimensions, weights, and specifications. Gemstone and diamond weights are approximate unless stated as exact. We do not warrant that descriptions are free of minor errors, and we reserve the right to correct them.
Engraving and custom sizing
Engraved items and rings sized beyond our in-stock sizes are made specifically for you and are final sale. You are responsible for the accuracy of engraving text, including spelling, dates, and initials, exactly as entered at checkout. Engraving and custom sizing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. We may decline engraving requests that contain offensive content or that we cannot reproduce legibly.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to the United States and Canada. Processing times, shipping methods, free-shipping thresholds, Canadian duties, and what happens with lost or damaged packages are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address entered on your order. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery as described in the Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, with no restocking fee. Engraved items and custom-sized rings are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and original shipping costs are not refunded, except when we shipped a damaged or incorrect item. Full details, including condition requirements and how to request a return authorization, are in our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms and controls if anything here differs.
Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms stated with each offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, codes cannot be combined, cannot be applied to orders already placed, and have no cash value. We may end or modify a promotion at any time.
Reviews and submitted content
When you submit a product review, photo, question, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, offensive, or misleading material. We may edit or remove submitted content at our discretion.
Ask Rita and other AI tools
Our site offers AI-powered features, including the Ask Rita shopping assistant and virtual try-on. These tools are provided for convenience and general guidance. They can make mistakes, and their suggestions are not a substitute for the product details on the product page or for our published policies, which control in the event of any conflict. Please verify sizing, metal, and price on the product page before ordering. Virtual try-on renderings are approximations of how a piece may look and are not exact representations of size or color.
Intellectual property
All site content — product photography, descriptions, page copy, design, and the Lovely Rita's name and logo — belongs to Bestpricejewelers.com, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Lovely Rita's is a trademark of Bestpricejewelers.com, Inc.; other trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or use site content or our marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Copyright complaints (DMCA notice)
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that content on our site infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our site (a URL is most helpful);
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

We may remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice. Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability under applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; to place fraudulent orders or use payment methods you are not authorized to use; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; to interfere with the operation or security of the site; to use automated tools to scrape or copy content or pricing at volume; or to attempt to manipulate our AI features into producing content unrelated to shopping with us. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Third-party links and services
Our site may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party services such as payment processors, carriers, and review platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
California residents' privacy rights

Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law, the site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bestpricejewelers.com, Inc. and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bestpricejewelers.com, Inc. from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, and by the Federal Arbitration Act with respect to the arbitration agreement below.
Dispute resolution: informal resolution first, then binding arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Talk to us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. Before starting arbitration or any other proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@jewelryshopping.com with a description of the issue and what you are asking for, and to give us 30 days to try to resolve it with you. We agree to do the same before bringing a claim against you.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, our site, or any purchase from us, including whether a dispute is subject to arbitration, will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect when the claim is filed. Information about the AAA and its rules is available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. The arbitrator may award the same remedies that a court could award to you individually. Judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Where and how. Any in-person hearing will take place in Lee County, Florida, or another location you and we agree on, or by telephone or video conference where the AAA rules allow. Fees and costs are allocated as provided in the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Each side pays its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law or the AAA rules.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either of us may seek a court order to protect intellectual property rights or to stop unauthorized use of the site. These exceptions do not waive the class action waiver below.
Court proceedings. For any matter that is not subject to arbitration, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.
Class action waiver
You and we agree that each of us may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request for relief (and only that claim or request for relief) will be severed from the arbitration and brought in court, and all other claims will remain in arbitration.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a revised date at the top. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Changes to the dispute resolution or class action waiver sections do not apply to any dispute of which we had written notice before the change was posted.
Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, except as stated in the class action waiver above. These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the site and your purchases.
