Jewelry Gifts FAQ
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Type your message in the "Add a note" box at checkout. We don't offer gift wrapping or separate gift receipts; some items arrive gift boxed, and watches come in the manufacturer's box.
Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address. Packing slips never show prices; they list only the recipient's name, address and the item description.
Will my gift arrive in time?
Orders placed by 4 PM ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day (Saturdays too from Black Friday through December). Engraved, custom and special-order items take 2 to 10 days to prepare before they ship. Standard shipping is free on orders of $135 or more within the contiguous United States, and UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver are available at checkout. For a close deadline, choose UPS Next Day Air Saver.
Can a gift be returned?
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund, with no restocking fees. Engraved items and rings that were custom sized or resized are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Details: Return & Refund Policy.
