The Sterling Silver Garnet and Diamond Post Earrings are made in solid Sterling Silver with a polished finish, in a drop & dangle style. They are stamped .925 and guaranteed authentic: .925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver, alloyed for strength, and this is real silver, never plated or filled.
They are set with garnet, diamond, pear shape, 4 x 3 mm.
They measure 19 mm (0.75 in) top to bottom and 8 mm (0.31 in) across. For scale, 19 mm is between a US dime (17.9 mm) and a half dollar (30.6 mm). Closure: post & push back. The pair weighs about 1.10 grams. The rhodium finish is applied over the sterling silver. Sold as a pair.
Sterling silver can tarnish over time; a soft polishing cloth brings it back. Take earrings off before a chlorinated pool.
