How often do you add new jewelry?
Every week. More than 8,000 pieces were added in October 2026 alone.
What shows in New Arrivals?
In-stock pieces added in the last 60 days, newest first. After 60 days a piece moves to its regular category, such as Earrings or Pendants & Charms.
Do new arrivals ship the same day?
Orders placed by 4 PM ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day (Saturdays too from Black Friday through December). Engraved, custom and special-order items take 2 to 10 days to prepare before they ship. Standard shipping is free on orders of $135 or more within the contiguous United States, and UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver are available at checkout.
Can I return a new arrival?
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund, with no restocking fees. Engraved items and rings that were custom sized or resized are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Details: Return & Refund Policy.
