How is this list chosen?
By sales. The collection is sorted by what customers have bought most, limited to in-stock jewelry priced from $25 to $500, and it updates automatically through the season.
When do I need to order for Christmas delivery?
For estimated delivery by December 24, order by 4 PM ET on Monday, December 14 with standard shipping, Friday, December 18 with UPS 2nd Day Air, or Monday, December 21 with UPS Next Day Air Saver. These are estimates, not guarantees; contact us before ordering if you have a firm deadline.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed by 4 PM ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day (Saturdays too from Black Friday through December). Engraved, custom and special-order items take 2 to 10 days to prepare before they ship. Standard shipping is free on orders of $135 or more within the contiguous United States, and UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver are available at checkout.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes. Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout and type a short gift message in the "Add a note" box. Packing slips never show prices. Some items arrive gift boxed, and watches come in the manufacturer's box; we don't offer gift wrapping.
What is the return policy on gifts?
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund, with no restocking fees. Engraved items and rings that were custom sized or resized are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Details: Return & Refund Policy.
