Are the birthstones genuine?
Each listing states whether the stone is genuine, lab-created, simulated or cubic zirconia (CZ). Many styles come in more than one option at different prices.
Do initial pendants come with a chain?
Most initial pendants and charms are sold on their own so you can use a chain you already have. Listings that include a chain say so. Pair one with a 14K gold chain.
Can these be engraved?
Engraving is available on eligible items for an additional fee; the product page shows the option. Engraving takes 2 to 10 days before the item ships, and engraved items are final sale.
Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout and type a short gift message in the "Add a note" box. Packing slips never show prices. Some items arrive gift boxed, and watches come in the manufacturer's box; we don't offer gift wrapping.
